Cancellation Policy

516 Sports Capital Terms and Agreements Booking Requirements All consultation sessions, recruiting advisory meetings, and related services provided by 516 Sports Capital must be scheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the requested appointment time. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule an appointment up to twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel an appointment up to 24 hours in advance; however, all payments are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be issued for canceled appointments, missed appointments, late arrivals, or no-shows. By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy. Late Arrival Policy Clients who arrive late for a scheduled appointment may have their session shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply. Recruiting and Advisory Services Disclaimer 516 Sports Capital provides recruiting guidance, advisory services, educational resources, and strategic consulting designed to assist athletes and their families in navigating the recruiting process. 516 Sports Capital is not a sports agent, athlete representative, talent agency, or placement service. We do not negotiate contracts, represent athletes to colleges, universities, professional organizations, or third parties, and we do not act as an agent under any applicable state or federal law. No guarantee is made or implied regarding athletic scholarships, roster spots, recruitment opportunities, NIL opportunities, admissions decisions, athletic participation, transfer opportunities, offers from coaches, or any specific outcome. All recruiting, admissions, scholarship, roster, and athletic decisions are made solely by colleges, universities, coaches, athletic departments, and other third parties over whom 516 Sports Capital has no control. By utilizing our services, clients acknowledge that results may vary significantly and that no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Acceptance of Terms By scheduling and paying for services with 516 Sports Capital, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy and Disclaimer.
